Tips for Creating Scientific Posters: Webinar and Consultations

If you are looking for help with creating your scientific poster, the NIH Library is offering a webinar and consultations to get you started. On July 22, 12:00–1:00 p.m., the Library is presenting Tips for Creating Scientific Posters. In this webinar, you will learn tips and best practices for developing an engaging poster that conveys your information clearly. This is a great introduction for those who are new to creating posters and a helpful refresher for those who are more experienced.

If you cannot attend the webinar, the Library is offering drop-in consultations where you can ask questions and get help with developing your scientific poster. Stop by an open session or two in the NIH Library Technology Hub Pod 1 on the following days:

  • Tuesday, July 23, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 25, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 30, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday August 1, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

You can also request a consultation on a specific date and time with one of our staff via the Library’s Request a Tutorial form.
