We are excited to announce that the lower level of the NIH Library is reopening on April 23. Over the last several months, the space has been closed for renovation. During that time, we worked with architects and designers to enhance the customer experience and upgrade the aesthetics throughout the area.

Introducing the NIH Big Read 2018 featuring I Contain Multitudes: The Microbes Within Us and a Grander View of Life by Ed Yong. We invite you to discuss the book with your NIH colleagues in a series of book discussions hosted by the NIH Library in April and May.

On April 26, the NIH Library is providing virtual reality demonstrations for Take Your Child to Work Day.

We want to thank those who participated in our May 2015 survey of the Information Desk Service. Overall satisfaction with the service received was 92%.

As the NIH Library prepares for potential budget impacts in FY2016, your feedback about the importance of selected online journals will be an important part of the Library’s decision-making process.
