Use PubMed@NIH to maximize your access to full-text articles

The NIH Library now offers full-text search capabilities of articles directly from the main search box on the Library’s homepage. 

The NIH Library’s Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a CLC Genomics Workbench class for Wednesday, August 31. This training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This is a hands-on class in which students will design a small 3D model from start to finish using the open source software OpenSCAD and export it to Makerware for pre-print slicing.

CLC Genomics Workbench, for analyzing, comparing, and visualizing next generation sequencing data, incorporates cutting-edge technology and algorithms, while also supporting and integrating with the rest of a typical NGS workflow.
