The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a training class on using Partek Genomics Suite (NGS), with Partek Pathway, for analysis of gene expression and functional analysis of microarray data.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a hands-on class where students will learn RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data analysis, and how to integrate NGS data with microarray data using Partek Flow.

The NIH Library is pleased to announce the availability of several software packages for analysis, processing, and visualization of both quantitative and qualitative data.

Partek will hold a user group meeting on October 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program will host the Partek: Microarray and NGS Data Analysis class October 7 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and October 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
