Join the NIH Library and the Office of Data Science Strategy, in celebrating Pi Day—a day early, on Friday, March 13th. 

This free service features bioinformatics consulting, training, analysis tools and databases hosted on high-performance computing workstations in the NIH Library and other open sources in NIH.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a training class on using Partek Genomics Suite (NGS), with Partek Pathway, for analysis of gene expression and functional analysis of microarray data.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a hands-on class where students will learn RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data analysis, and how to integrate NGS data with microarray data using Partek Flow.

Partek will hold a user group meeting on October 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program will host the Partek: Microarray and NGS Data Analysis class October 7 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and October 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.).

NIH and HHS staff are invited to attend the Pathway Studio training on May 20th organized by the NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program. The free training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 1 to 3 p.m. Registration is required.
