The NIH Library is here to help you—online—with your virtual information and research needs. This week, we are highlighting research resources provided by the NIH Library. 

This free service features bioinformatics consulting, training, analysis tools and databases hosted on high-performance computing workstations in the NIH Library and other open sources in NIH.

UpToDate is an evidence-based, physician-authored, clinical resource accessible to NIH staff on the NIH network/VPN. Registration is quick, easy, and free. 

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a training class on using Partek Genomics Suite (NGS), with Partek Pathway, for analysis of gene expression and functional analysis of microarray data.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a hands-on class where students will learn RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data analysis, and how to integrate NGS data with microarray data using Partek Flow.

Partek will hold a user group meeting on October 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program will host the Partek: Microarray and NGS Data Analysis class October 7 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and October 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
