The NIH Library is pleased to present a one-day bioinformatics workshop and several bioinformatics classes this month, all offered online.

This free service features bioinformatics consulting, training, analysis tools and databases hosted on high-performance computing workstations in the NIH Library and other open sources in NIH.

The NIH Library’s Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a CLC Genomics Workbench class for Wednesday, August 31. This training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized an Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA®) training class for Tuesday, June 21. This training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

CLC Genomics Workbench, for analyzing, comparing, and visualizing next generation sequencing data, incorporates cutting-edge technology and algorithms, while also supporting and integrating with the rest of a typical NGS workflow.

NIH and HHS staff are invited to attend the vendor-lead Ingenuity Pathway Analysis® (IPA) training on April 16. The free training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is required.
