Do you use an electronic lab notebook (ELN), or are you interested in implementing one for your lab? Join us for an Electronic Lab Notebook Forum on March 11, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. in Lipsett Amphitheater.

The NIH Office of the Associate Director for Data Science and the NIH Library are pleased to host Software Carpentry Workshops taught by volunteers from the NIH community. Software Carpentry’s mission is to help researchers by teaching them core computing skills that will help them be more productive in a small research team.

The NIH Library’s Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a CLC Genomics Workbench class for Wednesday, August 31. This training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

CLC Genomics Workbench, for analyzing, comparing, and visualizing next generation sequencing data, incorporates cutting-edge technology and algorithms, while also supporting and integrating with the rest of a typical NGS workflow.
