The NIH Library is pleased to present a one-day bioinformatics workshop and several bioinformatics classes this month, all offered online.

This free service features bioinformatics consulting, training, analysis tools and databases hosted on high-performance computing workstations in the NIH Library and other open sources in NIH.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a training class on using Partek Genomics Suite (NGS) for analysis of gene expression and functional analysis of microarray data. This class will be held on Tuesday, September 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the NIH Library training room, Building 10.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized an Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA®) training class for Tuesday, June 21. This training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

NIH and HHS staff are invited to attend the vendor-lead Ingenuity Pathway Analysis® (IPA) training on April 16. The free training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is required.
