Enhance your data science skills this summer with the Sage Data Science, Big Data Analytics, and Digital Methods video collection, made available by the NIH Library.

The NIH Library has a wide variety of services and staff to help you—virtually—with your teleworking information and research needs.

This free service features bioinformatics consulting, training, analysis tools and databases hosted on high-performance computing workstations in the NIH Library and other open sources in NIH.

The NIH Library is pleased to introduce statistical support services for NIH staff and selected HHS agencies. These new services, managed by the Library’s Data Services team, feature statistical consulting and training.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program is presenting a Genomatix training class July 7 – 8. The free training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. over two days.

In conjunction with the NIH Research Festival​, the Library’s open house will showcase why we truly are “Your Partner in Research.” New this year will be a demonstration of the data visualization touch screen provided by the NIH Office of the Associate Director for Data Science.

The Greek letter π is the symbol for the irrational number representing the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. It is approximately 3.1415926. Pi Day is an annual celebration on March 14th (3/14), with this year’s being a very special Pi Day (3/14/15).
