    The Mendeley Institutional Edition is now available to NIH affiliates. Mendeley is a reference manager and an academic collaboration network that can increase researcher productivity.

  • BioBots Bioprinter Demonstration December 10

    The BioBot 1 is a desktop bioprinter that builds 3D tissues from cells. It has a dual extruder system that uses visible blue light to cure biomaterials without harming cells, and it has 100 um resolution.

  • NIH Celebrates Pi Day

    The Greek letter π is the symbol for the irrational number representing the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. It is approximately 3.1415926. Pi Day is an annual celebration on March 14th (3/14), with this year’s being a very special Pi Day (3/14/15).
