Expression Data Analysis of Microarray and NGS data in Partek Genomics Suite
The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a training class on using Partek Genomics Suite (NGS), with Partek Pathway, for analysis of gene expression and functional analysis of microarray data.
NGS Data Analysis and Integration with Microarray Data in Partek Flow
The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a hands-on class where students will learn RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data analysis, and how to integrate NGS data with microarray data using Partek Flow.
October 6 – 8: Partek User Group Meeting and Microarray & NGS Data Analysis Class
Partek will hold a user group meeting on October 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program will host the Partek: Microarray and NGS Data Analysis class October 7 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and October 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.).

Through the NIH Library’s Technology Sandbox, a 2014 trial of 3D printers exposed NIH staff to cutting edge technology for work and research. The pilot was so successful that the Library is now permanently offering free 3D printing services.
