Join the NIH Library and the Office of Data Science Strategy, in celebrating Pi Day—a day early, on Friday, March 13th. 

This free service features bioinformatics consulting, training, analysis tools and databases hosted on high-performance computing workstations in the NIH Library and other open sources in NIH.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a training class on using Partek Genomics Suite (NGS), with Partek Pathway, for analysis of gene expression and functional analysis of microarray data.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a hands-on class where students will learn RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data analysis, and how to integrate NGS data with microarray data using Partek Flow.

Autodesk Maya is a powerful modeling tool best known for film animation, but can be used to create 3D models suitable for printing on the NIH Library's 3D printers.

Partek will hold a user group meeting on October 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program will host the Partek: Microarray and NGS Data Analysis class October 7 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and October 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.).

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program​ is presenting a “Data Analysis on Microarray and NGS Data in Golden Helix SNP & Variation Suite (SVS) and VarSeq” class for June 24. The free training will be held in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is required.
