The NIH Library offers statistical support services featuring training classes, consultations, and tutorials. 

This free service features bioinformatics consulting, training, analysis tools and databases hosted on high-performance computing workstations in the NIH Library and other open sources in NIH.

The NIH Library is pleased to introduce statistical support services for NIH staff and selected HHS agencies. These new services, managed by the Library’s Data Services team, feature statistical consulting and training.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a training class on using Partek Genomics Suite (NGS), with Partek Pathway, for analysis of gene expression and functional analysis of microarray data.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a hands-on class where students will learn RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data analysis, and how to integrate NGS data with microarray data using Partek Flow.

Autodesk Maya is a powerful modeling tool best known for film animation, but can be used to create 3D models suitable for printing on the NIH Library's 3D printers.

Partek will hold a user group meeting on October 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program will host the Partek: Microarray and NGS Data Analysis class October 7 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and October 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
