The NIH Library is pleased to present a one-day bioinformatics workshop and several bioinformatics classes this month, all offered online.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program is presenting Partek Flow: Hands-On Single Cell RNA-Seq Data Analysis on November, 6, 1:00 p.m.– 4:00 p.m.

Attend the Pathway Studio training class to learn how to use this online research solution that combines a knowledgebase of literature extracted molecular facts with powerful analytical and visualization tools to better understand the underlying biology from experimental, clinical and literature-based evidence.

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a hands-on class in which participants will learn about RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data analysis and how to integrate NGS data with microarray data using Partek Flow.
