Brigit Sullivan joined the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Library in 1993. As a Reference Librarian she helps anyone from NIH who asks for assistance with searching, bibliographic management, editing papers, preparing papers for publication and a variety of other tasks related to official duties.

She provides a variety of information management and research services including instruction (e.g., searching and bibliographic management tools), comprehensive and systematic review literature searching, cited reference searches (e.g., times cited), answering of reference questions, manuscript editing, formatting and consultation.
Additionally, she has assisted with a variety of special projects including portfolio analysis for NIH Institutes, Centers and groups and is always open to learning new things and taking on new challenges.
