Jane joined the NIH Library in 2020 as a biomedical librarian in the Education Services Branch.
Prior to arriving at NIH, Jane worked at the Defense Forensic Science Center in Forest Park, Georgia initiating a virtual and print library. Her federal background includes many years at the FBI Library and the FBI Laboratory Library, both at Quantico, Virginia. Before federal service, Jane was a Public Service Librarian at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. Jane has a Masters of Science in Library and Information Sciences from the University of Kentucky and a journalism degree from the University of Georgia. As a federal librarian, Jane has served on committees and boards including the American Library Association, the Special Library Association, and the University of Georgia.
