Designed specifically for biologists, GeneSpring GX 14.9 offers an interactive computing and visualization environment that promotes investigation and enables understanding of transcriptomics, genomics, metabolomics, and proteomics data within a biological context. GeneSpring GX 14.9 enables users to examine expression data across data types, platforms, and organisms that map to the same biological entity. GeneSpring GX 14.9 includes GO, GSEA/GSA, and pathway analysis with interactive databases for more than 20 model organisms. GeneSpring GX 14.9 allows the user to create literature-derived networks, as well as co-expressed networks that can cross-talk amongst differentially-expressed curated pathways.
- Perform differential expression analysis of RNA-Seq expression data
- Import variant calls from a VCF file to perform SNP detection
- Use the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) to identify significant pathways in sequencing experiments
