July 17, 1:00‒3:00 p.m. EST, online
Bibliometrics, sometimes called research impact, is the quantitative method of citation and content analysis for scholarly journals, books, and researchers. Many new and innovative techniques for bibliometric analysis have emerged in recent years, such as using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools for content analysis and visualization, using Altmetric mentions data (citations from non-peer reviewed sources), and more. Join us for a Roundtable Discussion on using bibliometrics for cutting-edge research impact analysis. The program will begin with brief presentations by our panelists, followed by an open discussion.
