NIH Library Bioinformatics Class: Partek Flow
The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program is presenting Partek Flow: Hands-On Single Cell RNA-Seq Data Analysis on November, 6, 1:00 p.m.– 4:00 p.m.
NIH Library Bioinformatics Class: ChIP Sequencing Data Analysis Workshop
This hands-on training will provide an introduction to ChIP sequencing data analysis. The overview will be followed by a tutorial showing the ChIP-seq analysis workflow and then preparing participants to independently run basic ChIP-seq analysis for peak calling using a “point and click” approach on a Galaxy platform.
NIH Library Bioinformatics Class: GeneSpring GX
NIH Library Bioinformatics Class: Creating and Running Software Containers with Singularity
The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program is presenting a Creating and Running Software with Singularity class on July 26, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. in the NIH Library Training Room, Building 10.
NIH Library Bioinformatics Class: Whole Exome Sequencing Data Analysis
This training will provide an introduction to exome sequencing data analysis followed by tutorials showing the use of an exome analysis workflow. The session will also feature a hands-on exercise during which participants will independently run a basic exome analysis for variant detection using a “point and click” approach.
