On May 1, 2023, OverDrive (the popular science eBook and audiobook platform) will fully move to their newer reading app, Libby. The legacy OverDrive reading app will be discontinued at the end of April, so we recommend you make the switch to Libby today.
What Do I Need to Do?
- If you do not currently have the Libby app, download it on your device.
- If you need help or have questions, go to the Libby help page which provides tips for getting started, helpful videos, and general information on using Libby.
- Please note that you can also read and listen to titles on your computer without the Libby reading app. Simply go to the NIH Library OverDrive page and log in using your NIH PIV card or NIH user ID and password.
