Joelle Mornini

Biomedical Librarian

Joelle Mornini joined the NIH Library in January 2021. She holds a Master’s in Library Science (MLS) from University of Maryland and has 10 years of experience in the information services field working with intellectual property research, public health information outreach, research data management training, and library reference and support services in biomedical research settings.

Prior to joining the NIH Library, Joelle worked as the public services librarian at the Scientific Library at the National Cancer Institute at Frederick, providing training, literature searching, and reference services to cancer researchers.  Joelle also previously worked as a contractor librarian supporting Gorgas Memorial Library at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and a contract position supporting the Outreach and Special Populations Branch at the National Library of Medicine.
